Agile

We are passionate about agile development covering every aspect from introducing agile management techniques like Scrum to the technical challenges of unit testing and developer adoption. Coupled with our almost exclusive work with SharePoint we are helping to solve these issues and will be making this available for discussion, review and criticism.

We will be publishing White Papers, articles and code samples covering all of the main areas of interest.

Everything we do will have a SharePoint take on it but not treat SharePoint as a special case, we will reference general material and information where appropriate. We will not limit our reviews to Microsoft software, if we find a tool or solution that makes Agile SharePoint Development easier we will post that.

What other people have to say on the subject – in no way a definitive list

We are not trying to be the only people to do this, we want more people to post their experiences, we all need to share knowledge to move things forward, take a look at whats out already – the good the bad and sometimes just ugly – but its out there.

Redmond Developer – Building a Virtual BullPen with SharePoint – Have a play with this if you want to get your backlog in quickly, we tried this for 2 sprints but moved to Version One Team Edition very quickly.
